79SIGNAL SUPPORT

How can we help?

Support is available in English and Hungarian for 79Signal applications. Send the details below and we will help you identify the quickest path forward.

Contact support

Email is the primary support channel for product questions, technical problems and accessibility requests.

info@79signal.com

Include with your message

  • Application name and version
  • macOS or iPadOS version and device model
  • Steps that reproduce the problem
  • Any visible error message

Loudness Normalizer

For processing questions, include the selected loudness preset, channel mode, output format and the input/output measurements shown by the application.

Your audio stays local

Do not send confidential source audio unless 79Signal specifically asks for a short test file and you have permission to share it.

79Signal Player and Player Lite

For playback or routing questions, include the selected audio device, output channel pair, cue action and whether Show Mode was active. For the Mac version, also tell us whether redundancy was active.

Before a live show

Always test the complete show, audio interface and backup workflow on the actual production system.

App Store purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases, billing and refunds. For purchase-history or payment questions, use Apple Support. For application behavior and technical issues, contact 79Signal directly.

Business and legal contact

79Signal is based in Zalaegerszeg, Hungary. The operator's legal identity, postal address and telephone contact are available on the Legal Information page.

Player Remote pairing

Remote requires Mac Player 1.2 and a shared local network. Open REMOTE → PAIR on the Mac, then Scan QR Code on the iPad or iPhone. Allow Local Network access on both devices. A pasted pairing key can be used without camera access.

If discovery fails, check that both devices are on the same network and that the Wi-Fi network allows devices to communicate. After a disconnect, confirm the Mac’s current state before reconnecting. Read the pairing guide.
